How to keep pancakes warm for a potluck?
We are hosting a breakfast potluck at my office, and I am considering bringing pancakes. However, I am uncertain about the best way to keep them warm during transit and throughout the potluck. My plan is to make the pancakes that morning, two at a time, and then wrap them in aluminum foil. I would stack them in a crockpot set to "warm." The transit time is only about 20 minutes by car, so I hope they won't get too cold… at least, that's my assumption. I would appreciate your thoughts and suggestions on this topic. Thank you!
