I dreamt a turtle was growing out of my stomach. Thoughts?

This morning I woke up from a dream that a turtle was growing out of my stomach. It was a sea turtle. I also had other sea creatures growing out of my body, such as barnacles, coral and sea horses out of my back. At the beginning of my dream I was watching a news special about a guy that had a turtle shell growing on his back and pockets of water with jelly fish and other fish growing on him. The next day I woke up in my dream with similar things happenning to me. It was like a different me that always had this happening because no one seemed surprised except my sister who also remembered. All of the places they grew were extremely sensetive and kind of tickled when touched. I m a 15 yr old girl fyi. Thoughts?
