I Forgot My Neopets Username and Password

I forgot my Neopets username and password. I created multiple accounts using the same email address, but I am not receiving any information to recover them! Can anyone assist me, please? I would appreciate it if you could avoid suggesting the "Forgot your username?" option, as that doesn't seem to work for me. Thank you!

If you forgot both your username and password and requesting the information to be sent to your e-mail address does not work you are pretty much screwed and need to create a new account.

You could try contacting their tech support as that would be the only way to retrieve it at this point.

I say you  just make a new account and just use a different email this time and don’t make multiple accounts on the same email or you could contact the admins or just go to the bottom where it usually says contact us and explain your situation.

did you register your new email address with neopets? if not they can’t send it to your new one only your old email. Otherwise you may have to open a new neopets account.

if they wont send you the information that means they froze your account since you made more than one. the only thing i can think of is send them an email and tell tem to delete your account that is linked with your email

Are you using Hotmail? There&rsquo;s a big chance that you&rsquo;ll either have to wait a few days before it gets to your inbox, or it could be in the Junk folder.

All you can do is guess.  There’s no way to get your info if they won’t email it to you.
