How is he going to know that you're ready, unless you ask him yourself. And even if you ask him, he can be sure that you're really ready, because you have no idea just what exactly hormones can do. So if I were you I would make sure that your legs stay tightly closed. Until you can control your own feelings.

13 is way too young of an age to have sex. I wouldn't suggest doing it. You'll end up regretting it later in life and you always have the possibility of getting pregnant. I'm almost 17 and I've never had sex and I don't have any regrets about it at all. There's always other things than sex.
