in Boy Wonder, you know how they made up the drug tricelaron?
In the movie Boy Wonder, the fictional drug "tricelaron" is mentioned. Are there any real drugs that can achieve similar effects without leaving a trace? If so, what are they? I'm genuinely curious to learn more.

In all honestly I had to look this up because I've never seen nor heard of the movie but it looks pretty interesting, so long story short, I had to look this up. Tricelaron isn't actually a real drug, it's just some sort of poison that was used in the movie that is impossible to detect.
Are there drugs like this in real life? Yes, for sure. One common poisonous substance in the chemistry world is HCN, or Hydrogen Cyanide. This is a liquid compound that is very poisonous but is also often seen as a gas. It's both a colorless and tasteless chemical. What happens is the CN group from HCN reacts with the heme group of hemoglobin much quicker than oxygen can. Essentially then, little to no oxygen is being carried around the persons body, and they die. Unless traces of HCN were to be found on a crime scene or something, this drug is nearly impossible to detect inside the human anatomy because of certain bonding interactions that take place.
I don't have any sort of experience with the next group of drugs I'll tell you about but supposedly they're hard to detect as well. These are your common knockout drugs or "date- ɾąքҽ " drugs. Really horrible substances in all honesty. Here's a link where you can read about them if you really want to. These compounds are highly illegal so I wouldn't recommend it. HCN is also very illegal unless you have some sort of license or training in using it.
