In LotR, what does “Fell deeds awake… Now for Wrath… Now for Ruin… and the Red Dawn… “?

In "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers," Théoden proclaims, “Fell deeds awake… Now for wrath… Now for ruin… and the red dawn.” What is the significance of this quote, and how does it reflect Théoden's character and the themes of the story?

Fell deeds awake ...

Fell deeds are bad things, in this case killing etc.

Now for wrath ...

Wrath is anger, anger in this case at the Orcs for destroying Rohan.

Now for ruin ...

Yeah, see the first part.

And the red dawn ...

Red dawn signifies a bunch of killing the night before... and in fact Legolas mentioned that at the beginning: "The red sun rises .. blood has been spilled this night".
