Fell deeds awake ...Fell deeds are bad things, in this case killing etc.Now for wrath ...Wrath is anger, anger in this case at the Orcs for destroying Rohan.Now for ruin ...Yeah, see the first part.And the red dawn ...Red dawn signifies a bunch of killing the night before... and in fact Legolas mentioned that at the beginning: "The red sun rises .. blood has been spilled this night"....
