In Sims 3, What is a CAS part?
I recently downloaded a file from The Sims Resource (TSR) that is labeled as a CAS part. Could someone please explain what "CAS" stands for and whether it will be compatible with my game?

If it’s a caspart file it’s part of the Cas unitool. You use that to make objects. If it says Cas Part as the file name and it’s a .package file or a .simspack file then someone just forgot to give it a unique name you should be able to put it in your /mods/whatever folder or in your EA downloads folder (if it’s a simspack file) and it’ll load just fine. ð
