Invalid AIM server address…HELP!?
I'm encountering an "Invalid AIM server address" error after restarting my computer this morning. I would appreciate any solutions! I've already attempted the auto configuration, but it reported that it was unable to connect. Additionally, the Express option hasn’t worked either. When I try to access the aim.com website, the page won’t load. However, I'm still connected to the internet, as MSN Messenger is functioning properly.
I also tried using Meebo and another website, but those didn’t work either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the AIM software, but that didn't resolve the issue either. Others on the same campus network are not experiencing any problems with their AIM accounts.
Moreover, I am noticing that Facebook, YouTube, and several other sites are not loading either, possibly correlating to the AIM issue. I am not familiar with the manual configuration of settings in AIM. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
