If you mean Fahrenheit, it is warm. Room temperature is around 70 – 72 degrees (about 21 Celsius). The human body temperature is about 98 – 99 degrees. Water freezes at 32.

If you mean 83 to 85 degrees, then it depends. That would be cold for coffee, or way past melting for ice cream. It would be pleasant for lounging around the swimming pool, but hot for ditch digging.

The Only Place I could find warmer than Miami right now was the U.S. teritory of American Samoa in Pago Pago with 84F and Miami with 83 Even Key West is cooler at 81DegF (CURRENT OBSERVATION) But on the yearly average the warmest place in the U.S. is Yuma AZ with a avg. temp of 87.9DegF in the number 2 slot is Phoenix, AZ with a yearly Avg of 85.9DegF Miami does not even hit the top 5 list the number 5 position for warmest yearly average is Ft. Well I would not call it overbearing, having been in Australia, and sampled their weather. We could do with a bit of that in England after having had disastrous Summer.Its been more like Winter here on some days, and the rain which has been never ending.
