Is being 300 pounds concerning if you’re 6’2”? I’m not just carrying body fat; I have muscle as well. I exercise regularly and play high school football. I also have no trouble attracting girls, but I still feel self-conscious about my weight. For context, I can bench press 325 pounds and squat 550 pounds.

I am 6'2" and weigh 225.

Holy s hit you can bench press 325 I can barely bench 120. seems like you got more muscle than fat so you dont got to worry about that.
It really depends on your percentage of body fat. It sounds like you are pretty muscular, so I really don't think something like a BMI would be an accurate measure of your health -- BMI says that Arnold Schwarzeneger is obese, so don't sweat it.
It's just a number, I really wouldn't worry about it if your being active and exercising. There's no need for you to be self-conscious!
Damn son. I'm 6-4 and I'm only 190lbs. I guess if you're all muscle it ain't so bad. But you've got to be haulin' some serious chubb to be that short and that huge.

i am a runner 5"9' and only 108 so yes but you also have way more muscal and you play foot ball so thats averedge just remember if you dont work the muscal all the time it turns to fat

well its not that bad if your strong... but you should be more around 250. 300 is a little heavy and but then again if you exersise so much your weight should be good where its at
