Plastic in juice?

I have a vape and i ran out juice, so I used a knife to saw the bottle in half to get the remaining juice left.However when i saw, some of the juice containers plastic of course flaked.I saw one piece in my juice and took it out and searched more and didn’t find anymore pieces in my juice.Is it still unsafe to inhale ? Or am i just overreacting
