I’m struggling to understand the difference between being proactive and reactive. Could someone provide an example of a reactive statement, perhaps something you’ve heard from friends, family, or even yourself? Thanks! 😊

Reactive is when you react after something is already happening. Back to the pot. You see your brother walking right for the handle that is sticking out and you tell him “watch out.â€
