Punjabi help, please: What is the literal meaning of “hadippa”?
I understand that “hadippa” has meanings similar to "Hooray!", "Yahoo!", or "Let’s get this party started!" and that it's important to use it when I sing bhangra or Desi hip-hop. However, I would like to better understand its literal meaning. What does "hadippa" truly signify?
