Questions about resizing of class rings (Jostens)?

I received my class ring yesterday, and when I tried it on, it fit perfectly. However, now it doesn’t fit anymore, and I think I need to have it resized. Does anyone know if it’s possible to mail a class ring to Jostens for resizing, or if it’s better to take it to a shop? Typically, how long does the resizing process take? Also, are there any tips for making a smaller ring fit more comfortably on a larger finger?

Jostens would be happy to resize your ring for you. Please contact our warranty department at 800-854-7464 and they will send you the paperwork and shipping instructions. When the ring is received it usually takes 2-3 weeks to make the changes. If the ring is worked on outside of Jostens the warranty is no longer valid, so please make sure you give us a call and let us take care of your class ring.
