Questions about resizing of class rings (Jostens)?

I got my class ring yesterday and I tried it on and it fit. Now though it doesn’t fit. I need it resized i think. Does anyone know if you can mail a class ring into Jostens for resizing or can you take it into a shop. Typically how long does resizing of rings take. Also any tips for making a small ring fit better on a larger finger.

Jostens would be happy to resize your ring for you. Please contact our warranty department at 800-854-7464 and they will send you the paperwork and shipping instructions. When the ring is received it usually takes 2-3 weeks to make the changes. If the ring is worked on outside of Jostens the warranty is no longer valid, so please make sure you give us a call and let us take care of your class ring.
