It was supposed to be Brolly,but Goku surpassed him in strength and powers. Even Gohan as a child was stronger than him,but his mother wouldnt allow him to train so his powers got weaker.

Strongest Super Saiyan

Actually If you include fusions, Vegetto is the most powerful full blooded saiyan in the DBZ present universe. In the future DBZ timeline, Future Trunks is the most powerful. In the present timeline, not counting fusions, there is no one single powerful full blooded saiyan given that Vegeta strength comes from he’s always able to come up with a plan to defeat enemies while goku usually the one to sortoff follow through with it (take for example when Goku made the spirit bomb in the Kid buu fight Vegeta was the one who came up with the idea in the 1st place).

Such as when Vegeta mentions that goku’s always had a natural talent for having a higher power level than himself despite the amount of training he puts in to close the gap.

However, Frieza when in Hell watching the fight with Both Goku and vegeta fighting kid Buu mentions “I have got to admit, Vegeta is a great Tactican…”

And finally If you count GT, SS4Goku said at one point he had an idea to do a final explosion like Vegeta did against Buu in order to kill Omega Shenron although Vegeta said himself it wouldn’t work and instead mention the fusion later on.

Are we talking about Superman modern? Or Superman Prime? If it’s Prime, Superman Prime lolwrecks Goku so hard, we would feel the impact of the butthurt from aeons. If you don’t know who Superman Prime is, but still argue that Goku would win, then I’m not even going to bother. That’s ignorance at its finest. To condense it, Superman Prime is immortal, yeah. He defeated Solaris, a being that eats dimensions for lulz. In order for Solaris to be defeated, he has to be defeated in every single timeline, both past, present and future at the same time, if I remember correctly(haven’t read the comic in months but I’m pretty sure how the saying goes). Goku has never ever shown any feat that even remotely matches this. Not by a long shot, bud. Additionally, Superman Prime outspeeds Goku so much, it’s sad. Prime’s speed is so unbelievable, even abstract and celestial beings couldn’t even remotely come to terms to how fast he was moving. In fact, it’s so fast, it’s irrelevant. It’s to the point where it’s just irrelevant; you can’t put a number to it anymore. It doesn’t matter if Goku moves at 32498157632653278513ms^1. Prime still outspeeds him. Irrelvance of speed > Finite measurement. Also, no, Instant Transmission is not a speed feat. It’s a teleportation. And you need ki for that, mind you. It doesn’t matter if Goku is immortal. Being immortal doesn’t mean you have infinite stamina. You can get exhausted if you expend enough energy. Prime doesn’t run on anything. He literally has infinite stamina. Like, he can keep fighting until the end of time. Broly doesn’t even match to this. Oh, and Prime is omnipotent, meaning he’s also immune to Kryptonite, magic, you name it. No weaknesses Superman. He went through all super sayian transformations .. but Vegeta did this too (he jumped over ssj3 but he went to ssj4 from Golden Oozaru in GT .. just as Goku) so this can’t prove anything .. and in Cell saga Goku sais it himself that the only one who could beat Cell is Gohan .. so Gohan was stronger than Goku that time

But if you think a lil about it .. yea .. Goku must the strongest .. in fact he’s the main character of Dragonball series so ..
