If you mean the Farsi phrase 'khoob asti', it literally means "are you alright".
There is a documentary film from 2007 titled Khoob Asti Afghanistan? (Are You All Right, Afghanistan?). It documents the personal journey of Indian director Soumitra Ranade, who spent his teenage years in Kabul. He returned to India in 1980 and did not return to Afghanistan until 2007, when he made this film.
Persian, also known as Farsi, is the most widely spoken member of the Iranian branch of the Indo-Iranian languages, a subfamily of the Indo-European languages. It is the official language of Iran (formerly Persia) and is also widely spoken in Afghanistan and, in an archaic form, in Tajikistan and the Pamir Mountain region.
