Actually - it depends on where you're coming from. Those of us used to winter weather think 60 degrees means short sleeve shirts and shorts (lol). Those living in warm weather states would probably need a jacket and mittens! So... go for layers... jeans, short sleeve shirt with a sweater or sweatshirt (or jacket)...

definitely jeans, good with any outfitchic sweaters, skirts with leggings, boots (especially the knitted Uggs!)basically anything that registers with common sense for cold weather...

you should wear whatever you feel good in . Personally I don't like long sleeves so I wear short sleeves year round. No matter how cold it is I don't like a lot of clothes so i will wear a tee shirt and jeans in the dead of winter . It's up to you.
