Any soup is good for a cold. The steam rising helps to kill bacteria that are residing in the nasal passages.The increase in fluid intake helps keep you hydrated.It’s even better if “Mom” makes it for you but anyone with a kind heart can make soup.... Show More

Mmmmmm…… Menudo is so good! Anyways, yes it’s good for a cold and the best part is that since some menudo can be Spicey it will clear out your nasal passages. Spicey foods are good for that. My husband loves to eat menudo while he’s sick. We also like to eat caldo de res for a cold.... Show More
