Is my lip piercing infected? What are the steps to cure them? (Picture in link)?

I have a piercing on my lower lip and it s been 6 weeks since I got it. At first it was healing really quick and nothing hurt at all. But then a week ago it happened to have tiny bump outside lip of the piercing, it kinda hurt just a little but and it s starting to get a lil bigger as days pastby.
