is “wheresmycellphone.com” safe? i needed to find my phone and this was the only site available?
I recently used the website "wheresmycellphone.com" to locate my phone, even though I was aware it might not be entirely trustworthy. The site didn’t seem to have any negative reviews that I could find. When I used the service to make my phone ring, it worked; however, I received a 30-second advertisement from the number 481-516-2324. I didn’t mind this particular ad since I willingly initiated the call and was curious about the automated message.
My main concern is whether entering my phone number on this site could lead to unsolicited calls or messages in the future. Has anyone had experience with this website, and is it safe to use in terms of privacy and security?

I use this site all the time and never get a call unless I specifically ask it to. It’s safe.
