I would like to assemble several decks based on various characters, and I'm particularly interested in Jaden Yuki's deck. What cards and strategies are typically included in Jaden Yuki's deck?

Many, many Elemental Heroes.
So many Elemental Heroes, in fact, you can make a deck with just 1 of each E-Hero, throw in some Polymerizations and Future Fusions, add in some E-Hero Fusions, and you got a Jaden Yuki deck.
Maybe add in some Neo Spacian or Neos cards.

Jaden’s used several different decks, although they are not changed that completly. His main cards are the elemental heroes, neos spacians, and in season 3, he used evil heroes. There’s a link for all the decks he’s used, here it is, it even has his manga decks:

ok, well i honestly don’t reccomend copying it. It seriously doesn’t work in a real duel. Your better off making your own adaptation of it. Like for me, I used the dark, light and earth hex sealed fusion cards to help me get fusions out much faster. Then I have the basic cards like avion, burstinatrix, bubbleman, clayman, blade edge and necroshade. And cards like woodsman, knospe, poison rose, stratos, lady heat, etc. then you want to have 3 polymerizations. a few cards like pot of greed, pot of averice, fifth hope, e emergency call, o oversoul, h heated heart. but instead of o, just add cards like dust tornado and mystical space typhoon. And try to have at least 1 of every fusion card.
I’d say, just don’t use too many spell and trap cards that only work for heroes. There a lot of cards that can do the same thing but you can play them whenever.

all this i correct but in the later episodes after fighting aster in a duel and losing he gets other cards like 
Jesse Anderson said he uses other decks later own so he pretty much  aqua dolphins, elemental heroes, and dark heroes, but DO NOT look it up because i did and they added to and took from so basically the ones i just listed i hope i helped u

his deck is pretty bad i wouldnt recommend copying it. in the show they can set up the moves and draws however they want so that he always gets the perfect draws with that “heart of the cards” crap. so make ur own hero deck is my advice
