The CBB is the “cooperating brokers” payment When a home is listed there is a fee set that is normally a percentage of the sales price that is paid to the listing real estate agency.More often than not the real estate that lists the property is not the agency that sells it so in this case they would get the listed CBB which is normally half of the total sales commission but sometimes a bit less and some times a flat fee...
