What does first team all league mean?

I am a sophomore in high school and my soccer coach told me i was awarded first team all league. What does it mean?

The top players from the entire league are selected as an honorary “first team.” It means that you are considered the best player in the league at your position. There may also be a “second team” selected from the next tier of good players. Congratulations!... Show More
