what does it mean to be selected as as all tournament team?

at a highschool tournament i was selected all tournament team and i'm not quite sure what that means

It sounds to me like an "All Star" in other leagues, where the best player(s) from each team get selected and honored.... Show More

Most tournaments will have the coaches vote on the best players in their matches or will have an all tournament selection committee. They usually pick 6 players and an MVP.... Show More
