what does it mean to carry out laws?

What does it mean when we say that the executive branch "carries out laws"? Could you explain what this role entails and provide examples of how the executive branch fulfills this responsibility?

To actually make them accurate. The legislative make them unconstitutional and the judicial looks over them while the executive makes them happen.
