Well I think its important to realize that there are a lot of books and movies that represent different viewpoints and religious beliefs. There always have been. Yes there are some myths about Isis and Horus(these were the basis of most of the middle eastern pagan religions) that could be thought of as having similarities to the aspects of Jesus miraculous birth and death and resurrection. But what does that prove?Perhaps God chose the vιʀԍιɴ birth, Crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus as a means of overshadowing the effect of the pagan religions. Remember Rome's god's were also based on the mystery religions of Babylon and Egypt as well. In fact the Roman cross that Jesus was crucified on was said to represent the T for Tammuz which was another name for the Egyptian Horus,Osiris etc.Remember that Jesus death and resurrection, represented the triumph over sin and death and all these pagan religions. Almost like a mockery of those religions by God. Jesus is recorded in history by the historians Josephus and Philo,who were contemporaries. As well as Roman empire historical documents.... Show More
