What does it mean when it says paint must be tinted before using?

It means that the paint is white and if you want a certain color you must add the color tint you want... Show More

The guy at the paint store adds the selected tint to a white base paint. You can get them to alter the tint somewhat to customize it, but most of it is computerized.... Show More

paint that has to be tinted is paint that you customize the color of the paint. you have to tint it to make the specific color you want.... Show More
