What does it mean when someone says, “My left ear enjoyed this”? I often see this phrase used in YouTube comments, and I'm curious about its origin and meaning.

Youtube.com videos are mono and almost always play in the left speaker, especially on headphones. So someone watching an enjoyable music video might utter such a phrase.
That is normally posted on videos where stereo sound is broken and only plays through one side of the headset.
