When I was in London a few months ago, I saw something like a garage or I don't know, but it says 'mot while you wait'. I don't know what it means and my english teachers couldn't tell me. I am from Belgium so I don't speak English very well.

'Keuring terwijl u wacht' although the don't use the formal so it would be 'Keuring terwijl je wacht'.MOT is de keuring of cars of 3 years and older have to go through. You take your car in to a garage that is approved by the Ministry of Transport to do them and you will get an MOT certificate. Unlike in Belgium it could be in a Kwik-Fit or any garage. Most of them work by appointment only hence the sign 'MOT while-you-wait'Ask your teachers about autokeuringen and i'm sure they will know what you are on about (if they drive cars) and you can enlighten them as to what an MOT is 🙂Never stop asking questions, your English is fine too btw.
