What does "ranagazoo" mean? I heard it mentioned in the song "Frontier Psychiatrist" by The Avalanches, but I have no idea what it means. Can anyone explain?

Out of everything I have looked up, it doesn’t really have a definition, just a random word made up.
Orson Welles uses this word during the final ten minutes or so of a documentary entitled, "One Man band," that is included on a second DVD that accompanies his much neglected documentary, "F for Fake." Both are available in the Criterion Collection.
In this sequence, Welles uses the word–along with “trickery,” “snookery,” and “hanky-panky”–in reference to magic. In short, he is obviously is ranagazoo much like abracadabra, or hocus-pocus.
