What does "green meat" mean? Does it refer to vegetables or something else? Thank you!

It means the animal was only vegetable fed with organic foods and it was kept in a comfortable living condition without any steriods or other unnatural supplements being fed to the animals.
"green meat" means freshly slaughtered meat that is not aged to develop tenderness and flavor.
