Behindhand – Behind schedule

Tardy – After the expected or usual time. Delayed

dilatory – Wasting time

The word is LATE… as in “you’re LATE again”. However I thought that Mrs. Bombustic has a point worth noting. The point is that the new rating system for Yahoo Answers needs a thumbs down option… or perhaps ‘just shoot me’. I rated her “useful”.

i would say more habitually late, or tardy. cuz punctual is always or almost always on time, so it would be always late.
