c. position. One can travel at a constant velocity, that is for sure. Thus, to travel at a constant velocity it must be possible to travel with no change in direction. Thus it is a matter of distance or position. With respect to the center of a perfectly orbit, a planet would not change its distance. Therefore it must be position that is the correct answer....
