Animals that are sacred to Hades?
Many gods in mythology are associated with specific sacred animals. In my research on Hades, I found that Cerberus is often mentioned as his sacred animal. However, I am curious to know if there are other animals that might also be considered sacred to Hades. Can anyone provide additional insights or examples?

The askalaphos, “screech-owl,” was sacred to Haides (Hades), and was regarded as a bird of ill omen and as a messenger of the deities of the Underworld. For the myth of the origin of this creature, check out>> http://www.theoi.com/Khthonios/Askalaphos.html
Since black bulls and pigs were sacrificed to Haides, though he was rarely ever sacrificed to, presumably these animals too were sacred to him and to the other infernal divinities to whom they were offered.

Animals that are sacred to Hades?
It seems like a lot of the gods have animals that are sacred to them. I tried researching what would be sacred to Hades, but the only thing I found was Cerberus. Does anyone know what some might be?
-Cerberus, his three-headed dog
-All black animals, mainly black sheep, since they were sacrificed to him, but also black bulls and horses.
