Finger monkey aka Thumb Monkey, According to Wikipedia there is no such animal. Photos appear to be that of the young of the worlds smallest monkey the Pygmy Marmoset.Quote from Wikipedia “Nicknames for this monkey often refer to its diminutiveness, as in the following two examples: mono de bolsillo (“pocket monkey”) and leoncito (“little lion”). Depends on where you live. Many states have straight up outlawed pet primates while others just require permits. You say you have done your research, but if you really had done a good amount of research on the care and requirements of primate ownership, you would have come across people talking about where they received their pets from....
