I say that that you can, but just chew slowly and carefully, you don’t want them to get stuck in between your brackets.... Show More

Yes, you can eat pretty much anything when you have braces as long as you chew things in the right way. Pay attention for a week and then you won’t have to think about it anymore. You’ll just have learned how to do it naturally.... Show More
