If that were the case, every babysitter in America should be paying child support to those baby mamas with no baby daddys. If the child's biological father died 7 years ago, you should be receiving death benefits already. And I know this because I received them for almost 20 years

Simply put. The fatherly role you speak of is for the biological father. The baby sitter is simply a 3rd party in this situation. No precedents have been set to help your argument. Also if you brought this to trial, the judge would probably remove your children for many reasons.
