Can you make a male baby sitter pay child support?

I'm a single mom going to college with my sister. We currently rent an apartment together. A couple weeks ago, I asked my neighbor, a trustworthy guy, if he could watch the kids for two hours while I went to class and my sister wasn't home, and he agreed. If he babysits and doesn't accept pay, can I sue him for child support because he took on a fatherly role?? I'm sure I can convince a court that he accepted a fatherly role.

Seriously?No. The "fatherly role" bit you speak of deals w/ someone who actually took on a true fatherly role. A neighborly 2-hr favor doesn't cut it. Not even close. Not even REMOTELY close. People like you make me sick! This guy is helping you out and you're trying to sue him for something that he isn't responsible for. Babysitting is not "taking on a fatherly role." If that were the case, every babysitter in America should be paying child support to those baby mamas with no baby daddys. If the child's biological father died 7 years ago, you should be receiving death benefits already. And I know this because I received them for almost 20 years

Simply put. The fatherly role you speak of is for the biological father. The baby sitter is simply a 3rd party in this situation. No precedents have been set to help your argument. Also if you brought this to trial, the judge would probably remove your children for many reasons.
