How long does bob evans sausage and links last in fridge?
I have used some of the Bob Evans sausage links, and the rest has been in the fridge for about a week. The expiration date on the package indicates "use/freeze by July 30." Is it still safe to eat?

Once opened it is not going to last as long as the date on package. I would say to use within a few days and keep it well covered so no air gets into it. Why not call the company and ask them. They do put their phone number on packages for questions like this and they are experienced in the product.
It is best to use by the recommended date unopened.
Once opened use within 2-3 days.
Usually the answer is one week for most leftovers. I am not positive about meat, I might not even trust it more than a couple of days.
