Oh no. Not Yodel. Very bad reviews from anyone who's ever used them. Leaving parcels in bins, throwing them over hedges, not delivering at all, dumping them by the roadside...
It's a home delivery service where the couriers are private individuals looking to make some money. The final carrier gets just 40p per delivery. I drive a Prius, and I couldn't have a catchment radius of more than 2 miles before it became uneconomical, not to mention having to retry delivery if no-one was in. It's no wonder that so little care is taken with the deliveries.
I'm afraid there is no answer to your question, because Yodel is a hit and miss affair.
