Yes, you can drive from Washington state to Alaska through Canada. Most of the roads are good, but there’s always a lot of construction, especially further north. No super high-speed highways though. Once you get to Dawson Creek then get on the Alcan (Alaska Highway) up to Alaska, it gets pretty rugged. Got to take it slow through the mountains. Taking my time, I did it in 5 days. Driving straight through you can do it in 2-3 days. Double that or more for in the winter (October through early May).Oh, and you will need a current passport as well as valid driver license and vehicle insurance to drive through Canada from the US.

you would have to take the Can-Alsaka highway Canada has about the same speed limits as we do in the USABy mapquest from Seattle to Juneau is 40 hours and to Anchorage its 45 hours

You cant drive there, the land is too rugged in northern Canada. Also you loose road in northern Canada.
