Well that depends on a few things.First, installing a motherboard for the first time will take you much longer than your second or third times. Depending on the amount of peripherial devices you are installing, what kind of cable management you are doing it could take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.Then, depending on whether this is a different motherboard than the one that was originally installed, or just the same motherboard as a replacement for a failed one, it will take longer because you will have to reinstall windows if it is a different motherboard. That will take another hour at least.

technically about 5 minutes it s how fast you can screw it to your casing, not kidding here and a whole cpu about 10 minutes. please follow your motherboard guide book to avoid any problems.
