How much damage would an EF-12 tornado cause, and how large would it be?

I understand that an EF-12 tornado does not exist on the Enhanced Fujita scale, and that size is not a determining factor in tornado classification. However, it is historically noted that tornadoes rated higher on the F/EF scale tend to be larger. I also recognize that the Earth cannot generate winds of such magnitude. My inquiry is purely hypothetical: in an apocalyptic scenario where the storm systems of other planets, such as Jupiter, could manifest on Earth, what level of damage would an EF-12 tornado cause, and what size would it be? I am simply a curious person seeking to explore this concept.

It would be catastrophic damage. Whole areas would be destroyed beyond recognition.

*To the person asking the question. My answer is as educated as it can get. No one can give you any type of information about how big it would be or how wide it would be or the damage report. Instead of dissing the answers, think about what you are asking.

a tornado that big can wipe out half a state and the size will be that of Louisiana or Texas! the damage will be beyond belief! just imagine 10 hurricane katrinas, 10 hurricanes camilles, and 10 hurricane ikes.
