I do not have alot of money to spend but it’s for my boyfriend and our anniversary, also what are some good saying or things to engrave?

I took my husband’s wedding ring to a place called Mister Minit. They cut keys and do engraving. Cost me $15 for a word with eight letters.Put your anniversary date, a word you use together, or something as simple as a heart or “I love you”. Don’t get too long or fancy, the more characters you have, presumably the more expensive it will be.

stainless steel can not be resized, neither can tungsten and titanium. I work in a jewellery store and we always tell our customers to present the ring in the size that is your best guess, and the style you like. If the ring doesn’t fit, as long as it isn’t worn it can be exchanged for one that does fit. Your best bet would be to talk to the store where you are buying it and see if they’ll do the same.
