How to resize in Paint Tool SAI?
I'm trying to resize just the head of my sketch because it's too large. However, every time I select it with the selection tool and press "Scale," I receive the message "Transformed image empty." How can I resolve this issue? For context, I'm currently working on a line-art layer.

you can't transform/scale on a linework layer... ^^,
if you really want to transform your lines, you should first rasterize the linework layer, to do this, create a new layer then merge it down the linework layer, but you won't be able to edit the linearts after you do this...
To re-size a picture in paint tool, there will be horizontal and verticle text entry box. You need to increase the value or decrease the value depending on the size of the image.
