How to write a runaway letter?

Nolecture, but some things you should know about living on the street.

1 – Whether you live on the street or in a mansion, you must have a very good source of money. For most females on the street, that source is survivsl sex, also called prostitution.

2 — the problems on the street are Always harder to solve than solving problems at home.

3 — Good luck. I hope we don’t read about you in the obituary columns.

Dear (whoever you are writing the letter to),

By the time that you are reading this letter, I will already be gone. I am staying away for a couple of days with a friend. You refuse to listen to me and (whatever the issue is here). I feel that this is the only way for me to be heard. Please don’t involve the police in this. I will return when I feel that you and I are both ready. Involvement with the police will only bring trouble to the both of us. I just think that our time apart will give you time to think and writing this letter will get my point across.

I hope you know that I still love you, it’s just that things have (how have things changed).

I’ve decided to leave the house for a bit please understand I’m doing this for my own reasons and you can’t stop me,don’t worry I’m safe I’m staying at a friends house and I will be back soon

There yah go hun I completely understand your depression and I’ve ran away from home a lot with my little sister as a kid.

just write exactly how you feel to let your parents know you arent happy with the way things are say that they need to trust you and that you have a place to stay and that you are going to be safe but if they want you to come home quick and actually stay home for good that some things need to change so that you feel happy enough and comfortable enough to stay at your house again

Explain the situation clearly and concisely. Tell them that you need them to realize the severity of this situation, and need them to change, otherwise this will be a permanent thing. Tell them that you are okay where you are now, and when you return you hope things have changed for the better. Good luck with life and such.

I know you said no lecturing but its a bad idea. I believe you have every reason to leave but you will only be hurting yourself (juvenile record) and possibly getting the people you are staying with in serious legal trouble (harboring a runaway). If you’re not willing to rethink your plan for your sake, at least be considerate of the people you plan on staying with because your decision could cause them to be arrested and I doubt you want that.

let them know it isn’t permanent and that you will be back, and that it is just because you need them to realize how much (fill in behaviors here) are affecting you.

If it was my kid, I would have wished he would have come and talked to me before it got that bad, but if he left for a few days and left a letter telling it clearly like that, it would definitely get my attention.

Um ok well you seemed determined to run away,why don’t you just rent an apartment?

Well when you do write a runaway letter make sure you tell them why and you love them so they’ll especially be sad and change

I’m a spoiled and very selfish person. As you know, I lack common sense and that’s why I have left the house. I’m NOT with my “best BOYFRIEND” AT ALL and don’t you DARE come looking for me.
