I saw my 15 year old son naked! Help!?

So after my son took a shower I he went to his room naked. I saw him walking down the hall and couldn't help but notice the size if his penis. It is much larger than my husbands and I'm sorry to admit this: I found it quite arousing. Should I confront him about it or just leave it? And also what should I say to him if anything. This was the first time I've seen him naked since he was 9/10.

Don't be sorry...I'm in the same situation with a teenage son who I also recently discovered has a larger penis than my husband. Some might not like to admit it, but it would be impossible not to be aroused, however you know you can't do or say anything! I don t think you have anything to be embarrassed about. I was not raised by my mother to be modest; to use a towel, or a robe to cover up when walking from the bedroom to the shower and back. For as long as I can remember, my mom has always seen me nude in a variety of circumstances. She would be in the bathroom when I would shower, she would walk in my bedroom when I was changing, or standing in front of my mirror nude, drying my hair. She has seen me sleeping nude, and has seen me dress and undress. This was how I was raised, and it continued until I moved out in my early 20 s. I wasn t a nudist; I just was not raised to be modest around her. I did not think anything of her watching me mature into a sexually mature male; it didn;t bother me that she watch me grow hair, and develop over the years. I even wasn;t self-conscious whenever I would get an occuasional erection.My guess is that your son did not think much of it. Seeing him nude should not be such big deal.... Show More

I think you should tell him. It might boost his confidence, you know? Confidence is very important, especially at that age. Just sit him down and have a mature, respectful conversation about it, if he is open enough to walk around naked he should be open enough to receive a compliment from you, and it will help his self esteem.... You need to pray and submit it the Lord because you should not see your son in arousing way. That is the only way to get through it. I assume you gave birth to him and you should see him as your baby always, if you do not establish that no matter how old they get you will start having unhealthy incest-rial feelings. Some people have actually had been there sons and daughter because they have had a problem sexually. Although you saw him naked your mind seems to have went into awkward stage. Tell your son that it inappropriate to leave his room or anywhere with the doors unlocked while he is naked.
