power4gear high performance vs. balanced battery?
Which power option is preferred: "High Performance" or "Balanced"? I'm not familiar with the "High Performance" setting, but I used the "Balanced" option on my last laptop. While using the "High Performance" setting, my battery menu indicates that this power option could reduce battery life. I'm unsure how to prevent that. Additionally, when I try to switch to "Balanced," it doesn't provide any warnings about battery life. What is the difference between these two settings, and why does my battery information mention this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
