I’m thinking about getting a hookah pen. What are the differences in a hookah pen compared to an actual hookah? And are hookah pens THAT bad for you?

The pen is WAY better for you than an actual hookah…but the real hookah is so much more enjoyable. I have used both. Hookah pen is really just an e-cigarette that heats of glycerin with a tiny amount of nicotine and flavoring. When inhaled it creates a non-carcinogenic smoke. Its relatively safe, but remember you are usually ingesting a bit of Nicotine.This pen idea is better than smoking a hookah from a health standpoint.

I think you need to do a little research on them. Most pens DO NOT contain nicotine or tobacco (although some can and will have the listed dosage, it’s just a preference) and what is being smoke is glycerin which is something found in chewing gum (flavoring), in the pen water makes up 90% of the said glycerin. It’s VAPOR NOT SMOKE (unless you choose one containing tobacco or nicotine).
