Is Walgreen’s 70% Isopropyl Alcohol a denatured alcohol ? How do I tell the difference if the bottle doesn’t say weather or not it is denatured ?

Isopropyl alcohol does not have to say it is denatured because it is toxic by itself and does not need any additives to be toxic, it can make you sick if you ingest it, like methanol (wood alcohol). I would still be concerned about ingesting a product extracted with isopropyl alcohol (also called iospropanol), it carries a number of warnings (see link) and making sure it is all gone could be an issue.
