My measurements are 30-24-36, is the hip measurement…?
I’m 14 years old, 5′2″ tall, and weigh 94 pounds. My measurements are 30-24-36. Would the hip measurement be considered a little big for my size?

No, it just sounds as though your hip measurements are probably always going to be larger than your other measurements, giving you a slightly more pear-shaped figure.
I’m the same, and when I was younger I hated it as I always felt like my hips and bottom looked really out of proportion in comparison to the rest of me. I even tried dieting – but even when I lost weight (and technically became quite underweight), my hip measurement was still proportionately larger than my bust or waist measurements. I’ve now realised that whilst I might not like it, that is the shape of my body and I’m stuck with it, and it’s better to accept that than to be miserable.
Everyone has different proportions, so I’m not quite sure what you’re comparing your measurements to to get an idea of what is ‘in proportion’ – yes, if your waist measurement was larger than your bust or your hips, then you might look a bit strange, but your hips can be larger than your bust or vice-versa and you will still have a perfectly normal woman’s figure.
Hope this helps.

Nope, not really. Go look at clothing size charts – you’ll notice that for most manufacturers, the hip size is a few inches larger than the chest size, because that’s actually normal for most women. Plus, you’re only 14, your body is still changing, so any of those sizes could go up by any amount in the next few years.
I don’t think you have anything to worry about at all. It sounds as if you have a bit of an hour glass figure (smaller waist, bigger hips) which is definatly nothing to worry about.
I know it sounds cliche, but we’re all beautiful in our own way. Even if you were a tad unproportionate, it wouldn’t matter. Maybe to you it would, but that’s because we are our own worst critics.
Also, try and keep in mind that you’re only 14 and you’re still growing.
